Do I need to pay to join?
No. EarnPadi does not require a deposit or charge an account-opening fee.
Are earnings guaranteed?
No. Offer availability, eligibility, completion, verification, and reward values vary.
Why is my reward pending?
Pending time allows the advertiser and provider to confirm that the activity remains valid. Pending points cannot be withdrawn.
Can a reward be reversed?
Yes. A provider may reverse a conversion for reasons such as invalid activity, duplication, advertiser rejection, or a later quality review. EarnPadi records a separate reversal in your history.
When are payouts processed?
Eligible, approved requests are processed on the weekly Friday schedule. Requests received after Thursday at 12:00 PM Africa/Lagos time roll into the next cycle.
Why is a withdrawal reviewed?
Review helps confirm reward validity, account ownership, payout details, and possible abuse. A submitted request is not a guarantee of approval.
Can I have more than one account?
No. Duplicate accounts and attempts to bypass eligibility or security controls are prohibited.
Where can I get help?
Registered users can open a ticket in the Support area. Include the relevant transaction or withdrawal when available, but never send your password or one-time codes.
