Privacy Policy
This draft explains the information EarnPadi needs to operate accounts, rewards, security, withdrawals, and support.
Pre-launch legal draft. This policy requires review by qualified Nigerian legal counsel before production launch.
Information we handle
We may handle account data, contact information, offer activity, reward history, withdrawal information, device and security information, consent records, and support communications.
Why we use it
We use information to create and secure accounts, verify activity, calculate and deliver rewards, review withdrawals, prevent abuse, provide support, maintain records, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Provider and payment sharing
We share only the information reasonably needed by offerwall, infrastructure, email, security, and payout providers to deliver their services, investigate abuse, or comply with valid legal requirements.
Security
Access is role-restricted. Sensitive bank fields are encrypted and masked, secrets stay server-side, and financial changes use auditable records. No system can promise absolute security.
Retention
Information is retained for documented operational, security, dispute, financial, and legal needs, then deleted or de-identified where appropriate. Final schedules require legal review before launch.
Access, correction, and deletion
You may request access, correction, or deletion through Support. Some records may need to be retained to protect the ledger, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or comply with law. Identity verification may be required.
Consent and choices
EarnPadi records acceptance of applicable policy versions and supports notification preferences where offered. Withdrawing optional consent does not affect processing required to operate an account or meet legal duties.
Other users
EarnPadi does not expose one user’s private account, reward, withdrawal, or support information to another user.
Changes and contact
Material updates will be communicated appropriately. Use the secure Support area for privacy requests; a monitored public privacy contact will be published before launch.
