Reward Policy
How provider-verified activity becomes pending, available, locked, paid, or reversed Reward Points.
Pre-launch legal draft. This policy requires review by qualified Nigerian legal counsel before production launch.
Qualifying activity
A reward begins only when an authorised provider reports an eligible conversion that passes validation and duplicate-event controls.
Pending and available
New rewards generally enter a provider-specific hold period. Points become available only if the conversion remains valid through maturation.
Locked and paid
Points included in a withdrawal request are locked so they cannot be spent twice. They become paid only after payout confirmation.
Reversals
A provider can reverse a conversion after initial approval. EarnPadi preserves the original transaction and posts a separate reversal, including when this produces a balance that must be resolved before withdrawal.
Value
The points-to-naira rate is configurable. The applicable economics and exchange inputs are recorded with financial events so later configuration changes do not rewrite history.
No guaranteed earnings
Offers, eligibility, approval, and values vary. Reward Points do not earn interest and EarnPadi does not promise income or returns.
