EarnPadi protects legitimate users, advertisers, providers, and the reward pool through proportionate review and enforcement.
Pre-launch legal draft. This policy requires review by qualified Nigerian legal counsel before production launch.
Prohibited activity
Duplicate accounts, fabricated identities, automation, emulator or device manipulation, misleading activity, interference with tracking, stolen details, collusion, and attempts to bypass geographic or advertiser eligibility are prohibited.
Signals and review
Security and risk signals may trigger manual review, a withdrawal hold, additional verification, or temporary restrictions. A signal is not automatically treated as proof of wrongdoing.
Consequences
Confirmed abuse may result in reward reversal, withdrawal rejection, account restriction or closure, and preservation of relevant records. Actions should be documented and proportionate to the evidence.
Questions or mistakes
If you believe a decision is mistaken, open a Support ticket with the relevant transaction details. Never create a second account to bypass a restriction.
