Terms & Conditions
These initial terms explain the rules for accounts, sponsored activities, Reward Points, reversals, withdrawals, and platform enforcement.
Pre-launch legal draft. This policy requires review by qualified Nigerian legal counsel before production launch.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to accept these terms, satisfy any applicable age and location requirements, and meet each advertiser’s eligibility rules.
Accounts
Provide accurate information, maintain one account, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Sponsored activities and providers
Activities are supplied by third-party advertisers and offerwall providers. Their eligibility rules, disclosures, consent flows, availability, and completion requirements also apply.
Reward Points
Reward Points are non-transferable loyalty units. They are not deposits, money held on your behalf, investments, cryptocurrency, or interest-bearing assets, and users cannot purchase them.
Verification, pending rewards, and reversals
Rewards depend on provider verification. A verified conversion may remain pending during a hold period. If a provider later withdraws or invalidates it, EarnPadi may post an offsetting reversal.
Prohibited conduct and fraud
Automation, false or stolen information, duplicate accounts, VPN or device manipulation used to evade eligibility, fabricated conversions, interference with tracking, and attempts to defeat platform or provider controls are prohibited.
Withdrawals and weekly processing
Only available points may be requested for withdrawal, subject to the current minimum and review. Requests approved before the cutoff are eligible for the relevant Friday cycle; neither submission nor scheduling guarantees payment on a particular date.
Suspension and investigation
EarnPadi may hold a withdrawal, restrict access, investigate activity, or suspend an account when reasonably needed to protect users, providers, the platform, or comply with law.
Offer availability
Offers, eligibility, values, and provider participation may change without notice. EarnPadi does not guarantee activity availability or earnings.
Third-party services
Advertisers, offerwalls, and payout providers operate their own services. Their terms and privacy notices may apply when you use them.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, EarnPadi is not responsible for circumstances outside its reasonable control, third-party service interruptions, or losses caused by prohibited or inaccurate user activity. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms prospectively and will provide appropriate notice for material changes. You may stop using the service; EarnPadi may terminate access for serious or repeated violations, subject to applicable law.
